Many people has asked me for the master classs Professor Gasparini gave online last week on “Understanding Hotel Valuation Techniques” and/or his slides. In this virtual master class, Prof. Gasparini explored definitions of the term “value” and of the theories and principles beyond the different valuation techniques that can be used for real estate investment analysis.
