AMADEUS GANADOR DE LA TERCERA EDICIÓN DEL PREMIO IE TOURISM CLUB 360º
El jurado del premio estuvo compuesto por los miembros de la Junta Directiva del IE Tourism Club, personalidades del sector turístico relacionadas con el IE, además de profesores del Programa de Dirección de Empresas Turísticas y alumnos de las promociones anteriores.
El premio fue otorgado, en su primera edición, a la empresa Paradores, y fue recogido por su presidenta, Ángeles Alarcó, quien expresó el agradecimiento sincero al esfuerzo de todos sus colaboradores. Vincci Hoteles fue premiado en la segunda edición, su presidente y fundador Rufino Calero recogió el galardón.
El acto de entrega del Premio se celebrará junto con la presentación de la próxima edición del Programa de Dirección de Empresas Turísticas el próximo día 29 de noviembre a las 19h en la sede del IE María de Molina, nº 4 de Madrid. Llega la 3ª edición de los Premios IE Tourism Club 360º. Buscamos con vuestra ayuda seleccionar a las empresas del sector que merezcan esta distinción. Desde hoy y hasta el próximo día 16 de noviembre podéis enviar por email a tourismclub@ie.edu vuestros candidatos para este premio.
El Club de Turismo del IE quiere premiar cada año a la empresa que mejor represente el espíritu 360o. Se premiará el conjunto de acciones de la estrategia de la compañía en cuanto a posicionamiento en el mercado, competitividad, fórmulas de distribución, segmentación de marca, orientación al cliente, política de mejora continua, política de talentos y personas, responsabilidad social corporativa, marketing o comunicación, entre otras. Los candidatos podrán ser empresas de cualquier ámbito del turismo, a nivel nacional o internacional.
Se podrán enviar a la secretaría del concurso los candidatos por email a tourismclub@ie.edu. Por parte del nominador es de obligado cumplimiento:
– Indicar la actividad que desarrolla o ha desarrollado en el Sector.
– Proporcionar datos de contacto de la empresa nominada.
– Breve reseña de un par de líneas que justifique el valor que les hace merecedores de tal premio.
Una vez finalizado el periodo de nominaciones, la secretaría del concurso comunicará al jurado la relación de los mismos, junto con los logros mencionados, para que se produzcan las votaciones. Tras la votación, se hará público el nombre de la empresa ganadora a la que se hará entrega del premio el próximo martes 29 de noviembre en Madrid.

Vincci Hoteles ha vencido en primera ronda de votaciones, con un amplio margen, dada su intachable trayectoria y su aportación al sector hotelero y turístico de nuestro país. El premio será recogido por Rufino Calero, Presidente y Fundador de la Compañía. Calero empezó su carrera profesional en 1953 en Husa Hoteles. En 1961 adquiere su primer hotel en Zaragoza y participa en hoteles en Canarias y en la Costa Brava. En 1970 pasa a ser el Director General de la división hotelera de Mundicolor Club de Vacaciones y Pullmantur, y en 1975 funda Tryp Hoteles.
